Wanda Hincher

Wanda is the President and CEO of CMAI. Before founding the company in 2005, she had 16 years’ experience in the dental laboratory industry as a Certified Dental Laboratory owner and Certified Dental Technician since 1984. Wanda also has 26+ years’ experience in association meeting management and the hospitality industry. Wanda has served in various roles including Executive Director on numerous boards of directors throughout the years where she has used her wealth of knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order, finance and budgeting, and strategic planning to put the groups she serves on the fast track to success!

Scott Hincher

Scott serves as CMAI’s Chief Operations Officer (COO). Scott has 13+ years’ experience with the company, with the majority of his tenure being in upper management. He serves as Co-Executive Director for many of the groups that CMAI serve. Scott oversees the daily operations of CMAI and ensures that the needs of the clients are being met. Scott is also a Licensed Real Estate broker.

Marie Poteate

Marie serves as the Meeting Planner for CMAI. She has been with the company for 15+ years and has worked in meeting planning throughout her CMAI career. Marie works with exhibitors, attendees, hotel staff, and speakers to ensure that CMAI’s clients have the most successful meetings with the best content possible.

Joshua Hincher

Josh joined the CMAI team in 2019 and serves as Finance Officer. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2015 and his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2016. Josh uses his knowledge in this field to keep accurate financial records for clients, and provides detailed reports to client leadership, which equips them to make financially sound decisions. Josh is also a Licensed Real Estate broker.
